Our History
A family business with a new name & over 50 years of experience. Learn about how Joseph A Gelinas Plumbing started.
1976
For over 25 years Joseph Gelinas worked for Walter Maynard and never missed a single day of work. When Walter retired he gave his business to Joseph for his long-term commitment to the company. This is when Joseph A Gelinas Plumbing was formed.
1984 – 1988
In 1984 Joseph’s son, Arthur Gelinas Sr. joined the family business and soon after his son, Tim Gelinas also joined.
1993
The company continued to grow, servicing residential and commercial customers throughout Rhode Island. In 1993 Joseph retired and Arthur took over the family business.
2014
Welcoming their 4th generation of plumbers, Tim’s son, TJ Gelinas Jr. joined the business. In addition, Tim takes over the business.
2022
At the end of 2022 Joseph A Gelinas Plumbing merged with Stonelink Property Management and formed Stonelink Plumbing & Heating.
